The style of suspension valving that is BEST FOR YOU is heavily dependent upon your riding ability, the bike you are riding, the type of terrain you are encountering, and the discipline of riding you are participating in. Proper suspension valving has a large impact on suspension performance while proper springs are very influential over the handling of the motorcycle.
