Why design a new compression adjuster piston for the stock WP shock?
Since 2005 the stock WP PDS Shock and since 2011 the stock WP Linkage shock features a compression adjuster piston design that is only used and unique to WP.  For reference the WP Pro Shocks, Showa shocks (stock and kit) and KYB shocks (stock and kit) ALL feature a different compression piston design.  The out-dated stock WP compression piston design limits the stock WP shocks tuning and performance potential.  Therefore Ride JBI felt it was necessary to develop a similar A Kit designed WP Compression Adjuster Piston for the stock WP shocks.  Implementing the A-Kit inspired JBI Titanium WP Pro Compression Adjuster Piston allows the JBI Spec WP Shock to perform nearly as good as the JBI Spec WP Pro Shocks but at a fraction of the cost.
