BACKORDERS:

Ride JBI LLC will always try to avoid backorder situations. However, if a backorder does occur, Ride JBI will take your order and contact you as soon as the product becomes available.

SHIPPING:

The standard shipping method is UPS Ground shipping

If you require shipment via US Postal Service (Military Addresses Only), an additional handling fee will apply due to costs incurred in delivering packages to a Post Office.

No returns are accepted on new or unused products after 30 days from purchase. Warranty return requests must be approved by Ride JBI LLC. Prior to any return, contact Ride JBI for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returned items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition. Authorized returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price. All sales are final on discontinued and closeout items.

LIABILITY:

All products manufactured or distributed by Ride JBI LLC are designed for use with standard machines.  Ride JBI LLC makes no claims regarding product effectiveness on modified machines. Ride JBI is the sole determiner of abuse, misuse, installation errors, and modifications. We assume no liability for errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices, or model applications.

Failure to install, maintain, or operate the parts correctly may result in vehicle damage or loss of control, potentially causing injury or death.
