So, you decided to ship your suspension to Ride JBI. Bravo! The JBI crew shares your enthusiasm for safely getting your suspension to Ride JBI HQ and most importantly, getting your suspension setup to preform the best it can for you. Below are a few tips and tricks on how to ship your suspension to us.

Step 1. JBI Mail In Service Form

Please print and fill out the JBI Mail In Service Form. Include the printed copy in the rifle case or box with your suspension. Click here to access the JBI Mail In Service Form.

Step 2. Shipping Containers

Now that you have filled out your JBI Mail In Service Form, it's time to select the proper shipping container. We highly recommend purchasing the Apache Rifle Case from Harbor Freight. Yes, it's an additional cost, however it's a surefire way to make sure your suspension safely arrives to our HQ. Cardboard boxes or any other rifle case also works just fine. 

Step 3. Packing Your Suspension

Suspension is very dense, and that's why we highly recommend to include packing paper, packing peanuts, or bubble wrap with your suspension. If you do not have access to those materials, blankets and towels will do the trick. The better you wrap your suspension, the better chance your suspension safely arrives to us. Make sure to carefully wrap your forks/shock to avoid any nicks, scratches, or dings.

If you do not want to pack your suspension, drop off your suspension at your local shipping location and they will take care of it for you.

Step 4. Shipping Label 

Create an account with our friends at Pirate Ship! (Not required, but Highly Suggested). Pirate Ship is our preferred shipping method at Ride JBI as they have up to 89% off UPS rates. Best of all, it's completely FREE to make an account. 

If you do not want to use Pirate Ship, we recommend visiting your local UPS store and having them print out the shipping label for you during the drop off.

Step 5. Shipping Location

Awesome! You have successfully completed steps 1-4 and are ready to drop off your suspension at your local shipping location. Once your suspension arrives to Ride JBI HQ, we will be sure to call you within 1-2 days after your suspension arrives to us. At this time, we will get to know you on a personal level, confirm the details of your desired suspension build, and thank you for letting us build you a badass set of suspension.
