ELI5 (Explain Like I am 5)
The WP MXT Shock Compression Triple Adjuster allows oil to flow thru it in 3 ways/circuits.  The first is a direct bleed (bypass) that is adjusted by the LSB clicker.  With this you can control how much or little oil can freely flow thru the adjuster.  This bypass is tiny and its largest influence is on the initial movement and feel of the shock.  As pressure continues to build oil begins to flow thru the next valve circuit, which is a subvalve.  This valve features a few shims covering it and as oil pressure builds beyond what the bypass valve can handle, these shims begin to flex and lift off the valve allowing oil to pass.  Lastly there is a piston with shims stacked on it similar to the main shock piston but smaller in size.  The oil flows thru this section of the compression adjuster during big fast shock compressions, such as jump landings and can be adjusted via the MSC clicker.  What this means is a shock compresses at different speeds over different obsticales such as breaking bumps, sand whoops, square edge bumps, jumps, rocks, roots, etc, and this adjuster provides a more seamless transition of oil flow thru each circuit of the adjuster making for a much smoother feeling shock over a larger range of compression speeds.  Unique to the WP verison is the ability to control the shock rebound rod charge via the Low Speed Rebound (LSR) clicker.  Oil only flows thru the Low Speed Rebound circuit on the shock rebound stroke.  This allows for 100% independent tuning of the Low Speed Rebound at the clicker, instead of the shock shaft which has a crossover effect on shock compression resistance.  The shock shaft rebound adjuster is still used to change overall rebound damping speed.
