KYB PSF Fork Specs
- Pressurized air replaces main spring and pressure spring therefore decreasing weight and friction
- A change of 2 PSI is similar to 1 spring rate change such as .44kg/mm to .45kg/mm
- Target weight range is 170-190lbs
- Balance spring is 3.2N (Other rates to be available for riders outside target weight range)
- Midvalve piston diameter increased to 32mm (same diameter as compression piston)
- Midvalve piston is old KYB two port and two piece design
- Midvalve has large bleed holes and float amount
- Larger diameter bottoming cone for improved bottoming control
- 2 pounds lighter than previous spring forks

KYB PSF Fork Tips
- Quality forks seals are now more important than before (OEM or SKF)
- Do not use the "09" KYB spec fork seal that does not have spring around outer seal lip
- Check air pressure before each ride (Especially during temperature changes)
- Do NOT use digital pressure gauges
- Outer chamber fork oil quantity can be adjusted to alter fork progressiveness
