JBI Pro Perch

I have a newer KTM chassis with a new CR500 engine stuffed in it. I love the power, but I could never get the bike to be plush without bottoming. These were my last resort before grafting a YZ front end on my bike.
Lowering the oil height allows the KTM fork to move much more freely in the middle of the stroke, but they will bottom with stock perches. The Pro Perch eliminates that!
Some of my buddies had their bikes revalved at various suspension shops but felt it did little to help the harshness. I like to work on my own stuff and tried the Pro Perch instead. I have the better forks with STOCK valving and the correct spring rate.

Got the Pro Perch in December and just got out last week to try it out. Unbelievable difference in the way my 2011 Ktm 350sxf handles. Before my rear was great but the re-valve on the front was not keeping up to the Fox shock in the rear. After the Pro Perch was installed the bike is balanced out. I can cut and turn every where and it really feels like I am on a rail and the front end now feels planted and does not push or bottom out on landings. Great product!!!!!

Bought a set of JBI pro perch's for my KTM 250XC. Had them installed in less than 30 min's.
I'd have to say this is the best suspension Mod I've ever ridden.
Rock and root ride is amazing with no bottoming ! I wish I had these forks when I had done
my last ISDE , they would have made my Six days a lot easier!

After many years of riding and trying different suspension setups and parts I can confidently say the JBI Pro Perch is the best fork mod I have ever used.

I purchased the first KYB set that was available and have been very very happy with the results. Before the JBI Pro Perch my forks were very plush but bottomed out whenever I got aggressive. With the addition of the JBI Pro Perch I eliminated the forks from bottoming and retained the plushness of my forks.

Purchased the WP version of the JBI Pro Perch for my 2012 KTM 350SXF that I had revalved my self. My bike definitely was working better but every time I tried to get more bottoming resistance by raising the fork fluid, increasing high speed, or going stiffer on the compression clicker the forks became harsh. I spoke with JB for a LONG time before buying these and I must say the money was very well spent. I got more bottoming resistance than I was looking for and the forks are even plusher, which I attribute to the lower oil volume these require. Great product all around.
